Oh So Good Ground Beef Earlier this week, I’d say either Tuesday or Wednesday I told my best friend that I have not done much cooking this week and that it freed me up to do more research on my blog. I told it is in part that really there is not much in the house for me to cook and grocery shopping would not be getting done till Saturday and that although I so desperately want to go in the kitchen and cook something I could not. Anyway Friday came around and I needed to have some dinner done for the girls I want to do it early so they could have a little of it to eat when they first get home from school and then again later if they choose. I found some ground beef in the fridge and at the time I took it out had no idea what I was going to do with it, but it all came together so great, I was shocked but not surprise, lol.

Hello, I am a wife and mother who just love cooking for my family and friends. Cooking is a great passion of mine. I am Jamaican and love to cook Jamaican dishes, but my children do not always agree with what they like, so I have had to change recipes around for there liking .
