Fry Rice Chicken Paella



  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • salt n pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp.. garlic powder (divided)
  • 2tbsp. seasoning salt (divided)
  • 2tbsp. tsp. sazon seasoning (divided)
  • 2 tbsp. yellow food coloring
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 2 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 red, green, yellow bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 medium onion diced
  • 1 green onions  chopped (escallion)
  • 2 med carrots diced
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 cups uncooked jasmine rice
  • 3 cups unsalted chicken broth
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil



Wash and clean chicken breast. season with salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 400, bake chicken covered, until you are able to shred meat, about 45-55 minutes. In the meanwhile , bring chicken broth to a boil on medium high heat, add salt and pepper,1  tbsp. seasoning salt,  1 tbsp. garlic powder, 1 tbsp.  sazon seasoning,  yellow food coloring, turmeric powder, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 stick of butter, 1 green onion, let cook for about 5 minutes, then add rice, cover and cook on medium low, till rice is cook.

In a saute pan, add 2 tsbp. olive oil, and 1/4 stick of butter, on medium low, add chopped onions,  minced garlic, and saute till translucent, add chopped bell peppers,  celery and carrots, stirring and mixing all ingredients together for about 10 minutes, Shredd and add chicken , continue to stir until all ingredients are mixed together, adding the remain
